How to Roast Almonds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread almonds in ungreased baking pan lined with aluminum foil (dull side facing you)
  3. Bake 7 minutes, then turn the almonds over with a spatula and bake another 5 minutes, or until golden brown
  4. Take pan out and lift the aluminum foil with the almonds in it onto a cooling rack (leaving it in there would let the pan burn the almonds)
