Based on various sources, such as “Chow” and and “Eating Well


  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp coarse-grained mustard (Dijon or Cajun)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Louisiana style Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 4 tsp drained capers, rinsed and minsed
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions


  1. Whisk together everything except the capers and the parsley
  2. Mix in the capers and parsley
