Simple Chocolate Mousse

This is based on Ariane’s own recipe

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate (2-3 min on 50% microwave is easiest), let it cool but not harden
  2. Whip the egg white with the salt until the foam stands
  3. Slowly pour the chocolate into the egg yolk
  4. Fold the egg white into the chocolate-yolk mixture
  5. Refrigerate for at least four hours
