Almond Butter

  • 3 cups almonds
  • about 2 Tbsp coconut oil


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F
  2. Toast almonds in one layer for 12-15 min. Let cool completely.
  3. Process in food processor with metallic blade for about 20-30 min, until it is in a pourable state. Scrape the sides occasionally. It will start clump up into a ball half way through. Then it will release into liquid form.
  4. Add coconut oil and process for another 3 min.
  5. Store in a jar with airtight lid.
