Lacto-Ferment Rolled Oats

Based on Kitchn’s idea.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of warm water (110-115 F)
  • 2 Tbsp yogurt (room temp)

Directions

  1. Dissolve yogurt in water and mix it into rolled oats
  2. Let it sit overnight
  3. Eat straight or cook in a bit of milk
